Refunds & Exchanges

We offer free refunds & exchanges within the UK.

Refunds will be granted up to 30 days from the date that the product was received.

We must receive items back in a reselling condition.

STEP 1 

Please e-mail us at info@childofgodclo.com requestiing a refund or exchange with your order number included in the email.

STEP 2

We will be notified of your returns request and will begin to process a pre-paid returns label.

STEP 3

Once we have generated a returns label we will send it to you via email. Please print it out and stick it on the outside of your parcel. Then return to your nearest post office.

STEP 4

A refund will be processed once we have received the product/s and checked to see if they are in reselling condition. You will receive an email once we have processed a refund. Please allow 5 working days to process a refund.

PRE PAID LABELS ARE ONLY VALID FOR 7 DAYS, SO PLEASE ENSURE TO SHIP WITHIN THIS TIME FRAME. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNING PARCEL YOURSELF IF LABEL EXPIRES.
